After getting a suitable background, I took some pictures of some students in my class and even took pictures of my tutors. I used a green screen to edit these pictures properly; using a green screen helps by allowing the editor to get shadows easily. When getting rid of the green screen and shadows or any other extra things in the background that you don't want, go onto your desktop and on the bar which has the apple logo. Then click on the tab that is called Select, making sure to go down to the option Colour Range.

Doing this will bring up the Colour Range tab, you must then click the shift button on your keyboard and click on the shadowed parts of the picture until all shadows are gone. Only then will you get rid of any and all shadows/objects. Do NOT click the persons black outline otherwise you will get rid of the person along with all the other things you originally wanted to get rid of. After doing this, you will get your model/person on a grey and white checkered background. This means that it is only your model/person on that layer. Do this with all of the models/people that you wish to be on your background.

Drag your one man (or woman) image over to your background tab on Photoshop and then drop it onto the background and place it where you want until you are happy with how your model/person looks on the background. I added an orange and red tint to the person to make it seem that their image was being affected by the flames. I then dragged and dropped the image into the tab with the fire background and resized it. I did this with each person that was chosen to model.
After doing this, I searched on Google for a site called Dafont.com and downloaded a font that I liked from the site. When I was happy with the choice of font, I clicked on the font icon on Photoshop and selected the font that I downloaded; making a text box.
With having done everything I needed to do, I saved the image and then came out with the finished look. The picture below is what the poster had looked like when I had finished.
